While a cruel heatwave rolls across Texas, we find refuge underneath the AC ducts and daydream about spring. Just imagine all the wildflowers that will carpet central Texas as parents and grandparents rush into bluebonnet-covered fields to photograph newborns and newlyweds. The annual spring migration will make way for strawberry and bluebonnet festivals and music will ring across the State. But in the meantime, we need to ride out this sweltering summer crest.
